So our application got returned because we didn't provide the correct document on one thing. My question is we originally sent it to Mississigu and they sent it back from Missisagua. So do i send the revised application to Sydney or back from where it came from?

Send it to Sydney. They should’ve given you a list that you missed out on. Complete everything on the list that is highlighted and send it to the address provided which should’ve been Sydney.

You can get your temporary file number from IRCC when you call. It's up to the agent if they'll give it or not, however.

For those of you who already got AOR and SA, did you get them through email or regular mail? Also, was anyone able to link their paper application online without an application number? like just with place of birth or passport number? Thanks!

If you provided an email, they'll send both AOR and SA there. I know some people who were able to link without an application number, so yes, it's possible. Just try the different options and hope for the best.

Finally I was able to link GCKEY after AOR1 . Just curious if this is for everyone! It has few lines as below if anyone can throw more light we'll appreciate :-

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update, or if we need more information from you.

Review of eligibility: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.

Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics : We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check : Not applicable.

Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

That's how my GCKey looked like when I linked to it a day before I received AOR, so I think that's the default. Once it starts rolling, the line after background check should become "Your application is in progress." When the sponsor is approved, review of eligibility will become "We are reviewing...". When you receive a medical request, the second line should change as well. Good luck!

I submitted my application and was received July 6/18 sponsoring my husband from the DR, still have not received anything from CIC is that normal?

There's been an issue with application received on July 3,6,9, and 11. Most applications received on those days are taking longer than usual. I don't really know why as well.

Try linking to GCKey and ECAS without it. You can try the other info selections available and see if that works. It's weird that it's not available yet though.

Application received on July 20th 2018
PA location is Philippines with 2 dependents.

Does anybody know how long does it take before the SA and Medical request will come in?

Our GCKeys are exactly the same. My wife's medical exam's result also just got updated a few minutes ago.

Would you mind sharing which document you are referring to here and also what was wrong with it...
