I think it is positive reply as "Eligibility and criminality are passed" which are the main concerns for many applicants...
Security should get passed....stay positive
Hi don't worry. The comments from an analyst are yet to reviewed by the visa officer. The officer can have a different POV of looking at your application. My too was dicey but it went through.
Additionally if you haven't ordered your notes I would suggest get them you will have a better view at the analyst comments. As for now provide the extra documents and based on the notes you can also submit any other supporting documents if required.
I submitted additional documents yesterday through the WebForm and requested my notes. Does anyone knows how long it take for the additional files submitted by WebForm to be reviewed by an agent or link to my application?
I got PPR ON 8TH August. Submitted my passport yesterday at VFS global for stamping.
Thanks everyone for the support it's been more than one year since I started this journey. I hope everyone who applied in July 2018 still waiting for PPR will receive good news soon. Please do not feel sad or depressed because it will only make things worse. Just stay calm and wait for PPR.

Can't believe I'm actually posting this. Never thought the day would come:
AUGUST 02, 2019 - PPR EMAIL RECEIVED!
AOR July 31, 2018
CEC Inland Applicant (Irish passport)
RR in Sept 2018 for Eligibility. Pretty much nothing done since then until the last month.
ADR requested July 11, 2019. Submitted July 13th. (Schedule A: Background Info Form)
Medicals expired July 4th. Never got a request to re-do them.
I don't know what other useful info to add. For any other CEC Inland applicants that got PPR (if you're still around), did you submit photocopies or your actual passport? I have no other form of ID so I'd rather not submit the actual thing. Does it take long to come back?
