after tried 3 times this afternoon, I got connected to ircc, right now on hold, waiting time 10 mins.. so I am just guessing, if you call in the afternoon before they finish work, you might get connected. so you don't have to wake up at 7..

after 6 months, it is still in progress, progress 1. good job canada

Just received a generic reply from my CSE, agent Etienne:

We verified the information provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.

While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize the application as soon as possible.

Furthermore, all the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

My WP is expiring by the end of the month, still waiting for the BOWP as well.
My wife being pregnant due in May is what is stressing me out with all the wait. I thought that with LMIA approved the proccess would be much smoother, but is not being the case here..
Files are still in Ottawa, you guys think I should email them as well?

Not trying to upset you but I emailed Ottawa IRCC a few days ago and just got the same generic reply. you can give it a try, you might reach a nicer officer.
