Received my gcms note today.

Eligibilility needs further review.

As per the note, my score was changed below the draw score, does that means I will be refused? I have attached a screen shot of my gcms notes.

I will appreciate all insights that will be coming from you guys.

My only concern is, if I will be refuse, how come it's taking them time decide?

I mean, just decide and let me know whilst I still have time to think of another way to extend my staty here in Canada or think of another way to apply for Permanent Residency.

Send a revised letter asap that shows the duration of your contract or if it's a permanent position . Read your notes and act quickly. Raise a CSE and upload the necessary document.

I have just got a response from the ottawa office stating that my application is going to be reviewed by an officer. Would it make sense to still contact the MP?

No. Confirm approval before contacting yout MP.

Hi Everyone, I have applied for express entry applying from Delhi, India and my AOR is July 26 2018. My status has been in IP2 since 15 Nov 2018. Can someone guide me if they are in a similar situation or anyone knows the reason for the delay and expected timelines.

Yes..called them last week..they said SC is yet to start but Eligibility is met..but it is only recommended passed once SC is done..

My file is stuck at Sydney and their officers are not know to be very proactive.

Did you tried calling them? And did you receive your notes.?

From what I've observed is either the agents we call at IRCC have no clue on application or just don't want to revel the info without us spending extra bucks on GCMS..

I guess the 6 month norm is gonna go away this year and probably 8-9 month would be a new timeline as they have increased the ITAs drastically..

I got the golden email. The MP phoned the IRCC today and my application was approved since 8 November 2018. I received my AOR on the 27th of 2018. Thank you very much and good luck to all of you who are still in the waiting period.
