I am still in IP1, my BG check hasn't started yet. Anyone in same boat ???

Is this normal..???

i'm too lazy and not yet desperate enough to want to go through the stress.

I would, but I do not have any real 'excuse' to bother them with a status update other than curiosity.

1- CIC call centre
+16139444000

2- English press 1

3- immigration press 1

4- transfer to citzship and imm can processing application press 1

5- status or processing times press 1

6- become permanent resident press 2

7- application starts with E press 2

8- then enter application number followed by #

9- listen to the entered number and press 1 to confirm

10- enter the year of birth and then listen the entered number and press 1 to confirm

11- hear the details

12- then press 1 to check status (there will be a pause)

13- hear detailed status at the end press 0 to speak to agent

If ur Aor is 3rd July then I am in same boat.. My observation is now we will get ip1 to ppr direct as it's 6th going on.. Rest God know.

Please I am new here. What's ghost update? My AOR is July 25th.

It's when your application status on MyCIC changes from "Submitted" to "Application/profile updated", but when you enter the application nothing has changed.

Your eligibility is recommended passed. There's nothing to worry about.

Yes, it's "normal" (even though lots of us are already in IP2).

Filter only july with "IN PROGRESS (1)" status. They're all on your boat.

So just now I checked and my profile was showing updated. I clicked and found the review of additional docs changed from NA to “we are reviewing your additional documents”. Now it is showing submitted again. Is this a ghost update?

There was an update so it's not a ghost update.
But it's a sign of progress.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. My additional docs were in NA for more than 1.5 months. It’s for new born additon- I checked with IRCC through CSE/call and the new born has been added. Wonder why they would review those docs again?
