Just moved to IP2
Now waiting for the golden email

Can’t believe I was so excited to see IP2 but it’s just another waiting game 17 days and counting! Hoping it comes before the end of next week so I can make Xmas in Canada!

I’m hoping so, my brother lives out there already but the cost of flights doubles from mid December so I’m hoping to have copr before then

Sorry bro no idea which VO. I never actually asked the CIC agent. I ordered fror the GCMS notes on Oct 20th. Got PPR email before the notes.

Speaking of receiving PPR... Once we receive the CoPR, is there any kind of deadline to actually move to Canada?

I believe it’s within 12 months or your medical expiry date whichever is closer

I think they’ll give you a deadline in which your medicals will still be valid...I’ve also seen a discussion about a minimum validity of your passports before it expires to get it stamped, but I’m not sure about it, some people said it has to be at least 6 months and others 1 year...anxiously waiting for mine golden email to figure that out myself..hahaahah

I’ve been in Canada since February and in Surrey since July...my status is visitor since then, with a renewal in between...praying to get this ppr soon...

Flight cost is the main issue.
I hope u can conjure your way to Canada at a minimum cost.

Yes, the visa stamped on your passport will have the deadline, its either of 2 expiry date of passport or 1 year of medical whichever is less.
