Hello Guys, I saw an update on my application yesterday and called CIC. Agent told me that my application has been approved and I will be notified shortly but there is no email communication yet.
My situation is bit tricky. I am staying in canada already and my last project has been over on 31st August (with closed work permit). Currently I am staying on implied status without job (as I have applied for BOWP along with PR which didn’t come yet). I am not able to apply for jobs too without a legal status.
Any idea how much time they will take to send me PPR request? And by when I will be able to apply for jobs?
Congratulations on your application approval. The Ghost update in your profile might have happened when the VO opened your Case to approve and send you the PPR email. I believe you will receive the PPR today, if not tomorrow .
Be ready with your passport. You will need to send it to VO office for stamping, which would take about a week or two. You will then need to do port entry, to confirm your PR status and start working.

How's the repute of this VO? When application move to Vo,after eligibility kind of passed?
My AOR 13th July, and it's weired to listen that they moved a pakistani applicant's file to Ukraine as they usually transfer it to London or Islamabad as far as I have read.

When was your medical passed? when did the IP1 start for you? Have you tried to call IRCC and talk to an agent to find out eligibility and background check status?
Hi - my medical exam was passed on July 24 and IP1 "started" on July 25. I have not called IRCC since I am well within the normal processing times, although a bit slow compared to other US citizen FSW applications.
