Hi Guys, I have received copy of AOR in July. An immigration consultant is handling my case and I do not have access to online account where I can see any status updates on my application.
Is there any way I can check my application status without asking immigration consultant?

Even my case is same. So I call CIC , from Hangouts and number is +1 613-944-4000 and then follow the menu. Keep application number ready.

Yes thanks. I called them and the automated message says medical is under review and background check has not started yet.

AOR was 25th July. Still no update on Medical
Is it normal ? Client Application Status can not detect my application using UCI
