I am planning to go to canada in jan 2020.
Before going to canada, Can I travel to other country?

14 months started yesterday.

@CanadianSympathy @Mesh2003 are you guys having any SS on file - did you order GCMS or Email MP Goodales office recently ?..

It is about time you guys heard something from them - 13 - 15 Months is the max most files will be idle (99% of files will be processed by then) ..

There is no SS. Also we spoke with another Irish person in CEC. His file took 18 months...

Am not in SS according to calls and GCMS notes. Have involved my MP since March. No update. MP's office keep saying "in Process"

Ya man. We’ve tried everything. No one will give any answers or help. MP says the same for us multiple times. This needs to end. If we don’t hear something before her visitor status runs out this time I feel like leaving.

You don't need to leave. I think you should just wait it out. It will eventually come.

I hear you. If we get to 2020 though and haven’t heard anything I’m not so sure. She has till Feb 2020 for this visit. If she gets refused we’d be moving to Ireland. We just need to know one way or the other. It’s the life on hold thing we have issue with.

I understand your pain. I have life changing decisions on hold because of this but what can we do? Its not within our control. What about BOWP? Did she apply?
