Don't think there is an international number. I think you have to spoof it with a virtual dialer. I just use google voice as it allows free calls. Technically those of us outside Canada aren't entitled to phone support. If you do use google add *67 before the number to block your location.

And yes. Because my case is almost 11 months, and the notes I have ordered hasn’t arrive after nearly 70 days. I sent an email to MP in Canada last week, he called IRCC and replied to me. He mentioned eligibility met, security not started.

After discussion with other applicants, I just realized eligibility met is a type of “review required”. But my case has been with review required since last August, agent said that’s the last activity logged.

I just ordered a new set of notes today. At this moment, I don’t know why I’m under rr. I think probably call agents will be the only choice

Someone said he also didn't get his notes for a long time and filled the form and got his notes within a week.

Nope.
My Meds will expire on June 25, 2019. I got MY PPR prior to that date so that's why i wasn't requested for re-meds.

Was your eligibility met after you had submitted the reference letter? I am in similar situation where my reference letter didn't have the job duties performed and per GCMS notes it says eligibility not met.
