It is very depressing to wake up in the morning and not having received the golden email yet (I have 12 hours more than Ottawa so when I sleep this is when they are supposed to work so I always have hope when I turn on my phone in the morning). After that I think, "oh a ghost update would do too"... but connecting to my CIC account and nothing either

Today finally my call was transferred to agent. He was very nice and told me my application has been approved but I haven't received any email yet.
CEC inland 1 dependent AOR July 17, 2018. Med Passed Aug. 3. No update until Dec. On Dec. 7, Background changed to IP2, Ghost update during Christmas, since then trying to call IRCC no luck, today finally got a hold of a agent. Anyone else in a same boat.

If CSE mentioned 'initial assessment' but how come gcms says 'eligibility met'

Hello, it's a journey but quite frustrating. 6 months plus 3 days and no update. Ordered GCMS notes on 5th Dec 2018 and received report January 4th 2019.
Primary Office: Centralized intake office

App Status reason: In progress
Cost recovery: Complete
RPRF: Complete
Assessments:
Eligibility- Met
Security - Not started

Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
Info Sharing - Complete

Any idea what could be going on?

Hi, we have similar notes, Eligibility is Met but my criminality isn’t passed yet - infact my application hasn’t been touched since Eligibility was Met. I will be crossing the 6 months mark in 2 days.
From your GCMS, when did your criminality pass pls? Or what date did you notice your BG checks started on your online profile.
