Hi guys,
Just to let you know that I contacted a MP from Toronto as it is the town that I am targeting to live. They told me that they cannot represent me as I am still outside of Canada. That is strange for me. Could someone tell me if that is the rule ?

Once you have submitted to IRCC, the pnp nomination expiration doesn't matter anymore.

I had a chance to speak with agent yesterday and she told me that my eligibility is met. Pass or not pass is decided post SC completion, which is yet to start. All this time I thought met and passed we're one and same thing..can it be review required?? @tobs @cansha

Eligibility Met is a good thing.
Once it is reviewed by an officer it'll be passed and once your security checks are done, what comes next is an approval.

One thing that is bugging me is the POF. I'm the applicant and my wife is shown as dependent. But most of the funds req. are in my wife's name. And since she'll be accompanying me I didn't submit any letter to Ircc stating that I have access to her funds. Can this create issue in application?

Though Ircc hasn't requested for any doc., should I go ahead and raise cse and send them a letter stating that I've access to my wife's funds..

Your eligibility is met so all these were not considered issues.

No didn't call. What i have seen from you guyz here in this forum, the call center agents don't do you much good. they just state generic responses. and i know from CPC ottawa that my file in the queue waiting an officer review (i've sent email to CPC ottawa). Can't do much at this moment, and nothing can expedite the officer review. Waiting waiting and waiting ............................................................................................
