I've ordered GCMS notes on October 5th, should have been delivered on November 7th, and it's already 19th and nothing yet , as if it wasn't really enough to be in IP1 since August 22nd, AOR 30 July.. I really don't mind the delay..it is the "unknown" that's turning me crazy..not even able to get prepared..damn this uncertainty !

Most likely yes. But wait for 24 hours, and if you do not see any change in your account, then it was a ghost update. Even a ghost update is a good sign and it signifies a movement in your file in the background.

If you don't mind me asking, since you are in IP2 are you checking for ghost updates?

Yes. I check twice daily. No luck yet.

Its VO Specific- (Kiev,Ukraine) in particular i through CIC account.

Possible.. some US based applicants have also reported receiving it in account though. I guess till they time they give us PPR doesn't matter if its an email or in the account.
