How much time IRCC gives for submitting passport after PPR?

And my VO is New Delhi. Any idea how the processing speed is in New Delhi VO?

For student visa, New Delhi VO is extremely slow in comparison with Bengaluru VO. They take a lot more time for it and don't even reply to any of the e-mail queries.

Quite a number of June AORs have their files approved in October from Sydney VO &are still waiting for PPR.

So i called cic and went to the automated route. It basically read whats already written on the portal that review is in progress and bla bla but that is useless. It didnt tell me whats the actual status and which vo has my application. Can anyone help. It seems like no one is answering me. Give me ralph email address or how to get the vo information

You have to go through all the actual status as you can see it on your account and then select option "0" to talk to an agent.
