Hi,

CIC did not asked for any further tests( though i was expecting the same), my doctor did two x rays and sent both reports, this might be the reason why cic didn't asked.

it took almost ~120 days for my ECAS update for medicals received and another 3 days for DM update. I did asked CIC via email, for confirmation of medical receipt and why the delay and they replied confirming about medicals received and mentioned that my medical is under review by their medical department. Once review completes, there will be update on ECAS about medicals received.

THese things are frustrating and i can understand the pain. But other than waiting, nothing can be done.

Yeah, it is frustrating. And specially if you are fit and fine!

They changed my status to Meds Recd last week on 23rd I guess, but nothing after that. And now they want me to do follow up with Health Dept!

hello evey one I am a july applicant 2013 my medical was done march 2014 My passport request is pending I recieved my AOR on Aug 26, 2013. Is any one on same boat or have any idea why is it delaying.

I am July applicant as well. Medicals done on March 19/14. Sent by doctor on March 26/14. GCMS notes received on July 17 shows eligibility and medical passed. Criminality in progress and security not started yet. Still waiting for PPR.

After a 2 month halt, CEC 2013 Applicants have again started receiving their PPR's.

Not Really!! My ECAS status updated to DM on July 15th and am still waiting for PPR.

I finally got the "Ready for Visa" email last night around 830PM ET.

My status changes to "Medical Results" have been received about 2 weeks ago. The Decision Made was reflected this morning.

We did our medicals last Feb, but CIC requested a chest XRay for my 11yo last end-Aug. We did this 2nd week of Sept. He was under Medical Monitoring when they first got here.

I just sent out my passports today.

For those still waiting: stay strong. I myself stopped looking at the ECAS and just waited for it to happen.

Congratulations....I did medicals on Sep10 and doctor called back to re-do chest X-ray for some abnormality and on 26 sep status updated to medical received in ecas..does that means medical result is ok ? Does ecas status medical received means medical passed?

I am July 2013 applicant. No word from CIC since medical sent in March this year. GCMS notes shows eligibility passed, criminality in progress, security not started. Due date on GCMS notes was September 9/14, but no information.
