I got a BoWP and dependents' WP/SP so the pressure is off (our current status expires 02 Aug 2014).
It would have been nice to save the money spent for these, and to have the landing coincide with my US trip next week but it is what it is.
Do you have dependents? I think it makes sense that these types are processed longer since they have multiple things to process within one application (that is, they cannot approve individually while waiting for the rest of the members).
I have a spouse whom i included when i first applied .. and one child but she is Canadian .. I saw many applicants who had spouses & kids and their application was completed within 7-8 months .. it maybe a factor in the delay but in my opinion i think the CIC processes around 70-80% of the applications fast within 7 months or so and the rest are left behind until their due date is up .. they don't do it purposely but they have a targeted num of applicants they need to complete each month and then they have to move on to the nxt month ...
my file has been awaiting VO 162 review since Mar .. maybe this person is responsible for going through the left over applications and he seems swamped .. if you got ur PPR then ill be hoping ill get mine right after !!
It looks like CIC is considering to use complete on Ecas only after a PR card has been issued, check the waiting for waiting for PR card forum there are at least 20 to 30 people whose status went from complete to decision made
CIC is changing the status from 'Complete' to 'Decision Made' whenever they are starting the PR card processing. So if ur status changes to DM again it means u can expect the card to arrive soon.

Hi All,
Surprisingly, my application status is changed from Complete to Decision Made over this weekend. Can you tell me what does this mean.
