If your doctor has already uploaded the results, or plans to do it within a reasonable time frame, then you probably don't need to upload and send it to them. I just did it right after my medicals because the doctor I went to, is on vacation this week.

guys! I just got my immigration paper and visa!!
I mailed my passport last week on Wednesday.
It is amazingly fast!!!!!! Can you believe it? I had the full expectation of waiting for at least 4 weeks.
Congrats yoodada. You have finally done it.

Congratulations to people who received their PPR and MR request and all the best to who are still waiting..
I have question regarding E-medicals.
E-medicals means is there a website or shared location where doctors upload the medical results?
Does CIC going to receive the reports as soon as the doctor upload/send them, or is there any third party involved?
I appreciate your responses.

They probably have a central server where the doctors upload the results. Since it is all electronically done, CIC receives the reports right away. Although, it takes a few days from when the results are uploaded, for ecas to reflect it.

You are only one day later than me sending the passport. Expect the courier anytime tomorrow then!
I've heard that we need to apply for a document for travelling outside of the country after landing before we get the pr card.
Can someone confirm about this?

Peace bridge, or rainbow bridge... I have a US visa so I guess anywhere works. I'm planning to go right after work tomorrow.
My question is whether I can travel outside of Canada after landing. Do you know?
Hi Guys,
Please update the spreadsheet for me.
MR - MARCH 7,2014
RPRF - March 10, 2014
I have a little concern. CIC didn't send a medical exam form for my wife. She had a medical examination last October 2013 when she applied for work permit. Is it possible that her medical is valid for PR?
I emailed CIC immediately about this concern but as to date no response yet.
Hope you can enlighten me.
Thanks.
