I was constantly observing changes with July 2013 spreadsheet. Some of the forum members playing with it and making unnecessary changes.

I have to say sorry but I'm going to make it "READ-ONLY" from now on.

If there are any changes - You can update it on "July 2013 applicants" topic and I'll adjust it to the spreadsheet.

You made the right call. I locked June spreadsheet months ago, for the same reasons.

I have a question. I am a July applicant and I am married.
I put my wife as a spouse on my application and since she was living in Italy I wrote as her residence "Italy".
She has just arrived here with an Open Work Permit liked to mine.
Should I let them know she has changed residency and also her status here in Canada?

I got my AOR in September. I filled the application writing Ottawa as my visa office. How can I know if they actually have approved Ottawa as my visa office, because I could not find anything related to that on my AOR.

Order GCMS notes. You'll see at what office your file is located in the notes.

CEC is only processed in Ottawa - there are no other offices that process CIC applications
