Hi All,

Just want to add my case. It is a little wired but CIC asked me for CV, publication list and advisor contact info. I have seen some cases in FSW to be asked for such documents but it happened to me with CEC application.

NOC: 4011
App Rec: July 9th
AOR: Sep 5
Medical: upfront Sep 20
ECAS: In-process since 21 Feb and Medical Rec on 24 Feb
Additional Doc: CV + publication list + Advisor contact information on Feb 26

I've gotten very worried since yesterday. If any one has an idea or seen such a case before, please let me know.

I did upfront medical so not sure if i would receive the MR .

Yes, you can be rejected based in your medical examination. That's why every applicant has to do MR. :

My MR will be fine. What i mean is that, after the MR is it mean we will get PR for 99% if our ME pass, no need to worry anything...?

Yes, unless there is something wrong with your Criminality or Security checks.

I am a July 5th applicant and I still didn't get my MR... I guess there are a few people in my situation...and if August applicants also get their MRs.....it will be a very grim situation for July applicants who have not yet received their MRs.........now I am only praying to GOD to do something as a lot depends on this.....!!!

Hi JPMH_CEC_2013.. I am a July 3rd application and still haven't recd my MR ..I spoke to my lawyer and he says it is only an administrative delay ..someone his explanation has not convinced me at all...am really worried now !..hope we both hear some good news soon

So I got my MR, RPRF, and biodata request all yesterday.
Whats strange is I submitted an unpfront medical report, which is valid till May 2014, and still CIC is asking for one..

I have a mail to CIC seeking clarification. Is anyone else in the same boat - submitted upfron MR but still got a fresh MR request?
