Yes, exactly my worry that if I get my PR before getting married - it will become so tough to bring her here and will take one year.

Is it possible to add dependents to the PR application after the medicals are done? or do I need to do that before that?

The process is like this, which I heard from my friend who got PR last week via CEC. He told me that while requesting for Biodata, they will ask you a question whether are you planning to marry? if you say Yes, then they will hold your application and they will ask you to add your wife's application once the marriage is completed

Oh, it's great if that is the case. I am also thinking of emailing CIC anyways and let them know my marriage plans so that they are aware if I add a dependent at the last moment??

Got my MR today. Received my AOR on 8/21/13

My NOC is 1311,so I guess they're not refusing applications for that NOC for dates prior to November?
