I, XXXXXXX XXX XXX, had applied for Permanent Residence under the Canadian Experience Class to the Centralized Intake Office, Canada from India. I have received “Ready For Visa' email on xx-Mar-2014 and requested to submit Passport of self and my dependents to CPC, Ottawa.
But, me and my dependent (wife) are residing in INDIA and we are unable to send passports to CANADA. Also we don't have a mailing address in North America.

Are you from a country that is visa exempt? That is what has happened to me. I don't need a visa to enter Canada as a tourist, and I have not been asked for my passport but the decision has been made.
I got PPR mail as soon as the status changed to "Medical Results have been received". Your lawyer might have got the mail so check with him. Then after 1 day, status changed to "Decision made" for me

Mine is not VISA exemt country. First status has been changed Medical received on Saturday and today it has been changed to Decision made. I think my lawyer didn't checked her emails yet. Good Luck all of us!
