i'm sorry, as i mention a couple of hours ago that's my work permit i send it here in my country. i hope at the end of august my PR application next to send in Nova Scotia. I'm provincial nominee.

my application was returned because i didn't include my birth certificate.I am mailing it back ASAP on Monday, hopefully i got some preference in processing line.

@reunion : could you please let us know, when you submitted your application first time? and how much time it took to get your application back to submit your Birth Certificate? they asked you just a Birth Ceritificate or they returned the whole application? is there any REF number generated for your application? Thanks

I submitted my application on July 11, 2013, the date stamp on the letter was July 26, 2013. They returned the whole application back to me due to the missing birth certificate and there was no reference number. I checked the mail on Sunday August 11 due to the fact that I was away from home. So there's a chance that mail has been sitting there in the mailbox for a week.

I posted the application back today and it will reach CIC on Thursday.

no reference number (UCI) if you are 1st timer to apply in CIC, just wait and i think your papers is okay because only BC is missing in your papers. Just wait your AOR. Good luck

I have UCI since I studied here and have 3 years open work permit, the reference he was referring to was the file number you got with your AOR I think?

My CC has been charged.But, I have a doubt. The transaction is displayed as 'CITIZENSHIP & IMM FSW SYDNEY'. Is something wrong there or is it the same for all. Should it be FSW only or CEC?? Please reply.

Yes. CC Charged means all papers are OK and AOR will follow in a week to 10 days.

Lol... I think this is one of the only ways you can feel happy about your CC being charged; definitely is a positive sign.

Looking to tracking sheets I've seen an average of 10 days but there are some few cases with up to a month after the CC charge to get the AOR, so again we have to be patient.

By the way... looking to July spreadsheet I saw Jun got returned the application because missing a form, Can we know when it was returned Jun?

You guys are talking about CIC charging your card. Can you tell me which amount they took? They received our application on July 2. Before we submitted application we paid $550 per person!
