The receipt which doctor gave to us its just for our record. can someone please provide more details on this?

I received the same questions and RPRF request. Biodata is a generic form where you have to fill yours and your dependant's name, height, and eye color. I guess we will receive this later on.

Also, I ignored those questions about status change since it hasn't.

I received the same questions and RPRF request. Biodata is a generic form where you have to fill yours and your dependant's name, height, and eye color. I guess we will receive this later on.

Also, I ignored those questions about status change since it hasn't.

Its the final step before they ask for passport, they will ask the same question again when they ask for passport in email.

According to this thread, Dr. Kuhlmann in Etobicoke is emedical enabled.
