Hey guys,

I'm a september 2013 applicant. I have a question. I know CIC states that all applicants who have lived outside Canada for 6 months or more since their 18th birthday require a PCC. Is it possible however, to get a PCC request even if you have not lived outside Canada for 6 months or more since you turned 18? Is there anyone on here who has had this happen to them?
