Yes, two emails back to back on my email address one for me and other for my wife.

You should email them again, asking for your wife's medical request.

Have you looked for booking medical test for yourself?

have u done with ur medicals, I need some information could u please help me out. I sent them email about my wife medical request but till now they did not reply me, I sent email cic three times but no reply, please advice me what to do

I will go this Wednesday for medicals.

Thats the only way to communicate with CIC. Their call centre doesn't help with anything related to CEC within Canada. I guess the only option you left with is to wait. Also, check your spam folder and other folders in your email... may be that email went to another folder.

I dont think so.

You can get your wife's medical also done before you get the request. I have heard so many people did their medical before the MR request. So you will save time.

You can go for eUp-Front medicals for your wife, check with doctor if they can do it.

As you have file number after medicals you can send an notification to CIC with details of up-Front medicals form.
