First of all, Congratulations to you that your NOC are in the new list and you are able to send your application to CIO in minimum possible time.
Can you please post the complete list of all documents that you sent to CIO.
Also mention which ones are original and which one are photocopies (and whether notarized or simple photocopies)...
It will help a lot for new applicants, I also have a friend who is gatheing all his documents these days...
For me I sent simple copy of all documents cause i didn't know how to notarize also I attached certified translation for each document.
Also i sent original PCC ,IELTS ,work experience certificate and Certificate of Balance.
I am not sure that i am 100 % right however some people got the visa and they just did the same.
Anyway,Follow the instructions in the VO specific requirements.
Thanks for starting this thread. I sent my application on the 16th of July, 2010, which was delivered on the 19th of July to CIO, Sydney, NS. My NOC is 3112.
I am paying via CC. Will let you know about any updates.

I have experience certificates dated three to four years years back on company letter head. Do I need to take the same company experience letter with latest date? Plese suggest. Also please do let me know what is PCC and AOR.

Hi,
I have not submitted my application but I am in the process of gathering documents while waiting for Arranged employment opinion which was submitted this July 19 by my employer. I read based on VO specific, that police certificates should not be older than 3 mos. (I'm from the Philippines, so in that case, NBI clearance) but there was no mention of employment certificates not dating older than 3 mos. I plan to get employment certificates from my employer but now I am hesitant if the "not older than 3 mos." rule apply then I should wait a bit because the AEO takes awhile to process, I was hoping 4-12 weeks. but based on recent discussion, some appl takes about 5-6 mos. Hope to hear your feedback. Thanks.
