Dear All,
Lets share our Information regarding applications sent under the new rules of the CIC after 26 June.

I will start:
Applications Sen by Fedex: 13 July 2010
Application Received by CIO and signed by P.ROBAR : 19 July 2010
NOC 3131 FSW1

when do you expect the 1st AOR to be sent?
If you applied under the new rules ,lets stick together to update each other

Hello,

I just mailed my app on 17-July-2010, by Fedex , expected to be delivered within a couple of days ( hopefully)

I applied under 1122, lets see how things will advance.

I heard from a friend that now you get informed by email about your file # .. etc , do you have any idea if this info is correct ?

Good Luck

Joseph

Hi Joseph & apsa4ever,

First of all, Congratulations to you that your NOC are in the new list and you are able to send your application to CIO in minimum possible time.

Can you please post the complete list of all documents that you sent to CIO.
Also mention which ones are original and which one are photocopies (and whether notarized or simple photocopies)...

It will help a lot for new applicants, I also have a friend who is gatheing all his documents these days...

Thanks for your help.

Regards

For me I sent simple copy of all documents cause i didn't know how to notarize also I attached certified translation for each document.
Also i sent original PCC ,IELTS ,work experience certificate and Certificate of Balance.
I am not sure that i am 100 % right however some people got the visa and they just did the same.
Anyway,Follow the instructions in the VO specific requirements.

I believe 3112 is General Practitioner.

I have a question: when you filled up IMM 0008 form, it asked there about Education (#12). What did you ticked there? Bachelor's or Ph D?

hai every one
i submitted my full documents on 1 july 2010, received by visa office on 5 july and i received my
2nd AOR on 12 july.
myNOC is 4131.

Hi,
I have not submitted my application but I am in the process of gathering documents while waiting for Arranged employment opinion which was submitted this July 19 by my employer. I read based on VO specific, that police certificates should not be older than 3 mos. (I'm from the Philippines, so in that case, NBI clearance) but there was no mention of employment certificates not dating older than 3 mos. I plan to get employment certificates from my employer but now I am hesitant if the "not older than 3 mos." rule apply then I should wait a bit because the AEO takes awhile to process, I was hoping 4-12 weeks. but based on recent discussion, some appl takes about 5-6 mos. Hope to hear your feedback. Thanks.
