NOW ABOUT COVE PAGE OF APPLICATION..
1> document check list should be the cover page of application or the bar code page 4 and 5??really confusing...
2> my photograph date is 15th august...(5 months old)..is it enough or should i go for new one...just now realized wen m about to send my application regarding photo date..
one more thing..as i have already submitted the original police certificate with the application.now m submitting the notarized photocopy of police certificate.should i tick on document check list for police certificate or leave it blank as they demanded only the original one..
waiting desperately for ur reply
1) Doc checklist first and then the barcode pages
2) Photograph is good to go. They need less than 6 months old. But if I were you, I would have taken fresh photos
3) PCC has to be original. This is my take. Please wait for reverts from others on this one, because I am not 100% sure. PCC has a vailidity of 3 months. So you have to submit a new PCC anyway. So I think you should wait for your MR and then send your PCC when VO asks for it.
I am from London VO and we have been asked to make a Bank Draft in CAD in favor of the Receiver General for Canada with a clearing bank in Canada. I think Manila VO has different instructions.... Each one follow the clear instructions given in your medical letters... it may not be handled in the same way by all visa offices...
Yeah this sounds good. the brochure that my medical had states that Application fee must be in the favor of The receiver General for Canada. but under the heading of RPRF they did not mention anything like whose name it should be. That's why im confused.
But thank you it cleared me.
