Hi everyone,

Don't worry about winter in Canada ! You will confront with it easily. Its not that bad. We landed at end of Nov with small kid in Edmonton and still find it not that bad.

For small kids, snow suits are available in cheap cost, for adults, good shoes and Down jacket will do the job.

You know what....dont worry much about winters. If you know how to dress (which is in layers) you'll be fine. Everywhere is heated except while waiting for a bus or something. So it's really not that bad.

Its really not that bad at all. Recently I moved to Red Deer from Edmonton. I finally found the job in my field in Red Deer.

Once , you are in Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton) , winter is just normal for you. all you need is appropriate clothing.

I guess most MI-3 applicants are already in Canada do this thread / tracker is no longer as active as it used to be in 2011.

Our status changed to Decision Made last Sept.10th 2013 after Medical,PPR .Our Visa office LVO , Kindly update us when we can expect our passport return back from LVO.We working in Dubai.
