I think ppr will be sent after the medical is done. I got appointment for medical on 1st april. So bit of a wait

urgent help please, anyone has information about the federal court after the study permit rejected and getting a settlement offer from IRCC how long time will take my account will be updated by the Canadian embassy?​

i got settlement in 2 weeks and then file reopened in 30 days now waiting decision, details in my signature,,, it was without lawyer, all learnt from court website, took 2 months to learnt , slowly slowy started and then yes i won it without lawyer, Alhamdolillah, study permit from UAE

I had applied for judicial review in 2018 and granted appeal in 2019 after 10 months.

They asked updated file so I submitted all the docs again.
