Job reference letter

Hi,
I got my ITA, but I am unable to get job reference letter from my previous company. I have the payslips, joining letter and relieving letter.
My managers are not working there any more, can I get it from them by anyway will it work?

Your supervisor or manager should preferably be active in the company. Use this as your last resort. Try to see if any colleague currently active in the company can help.

Also, if without including previous company experience you can still meet the same points criteria you can avoid reference letters altogether and move the experience to personal history section.
