I'm currently working in Canada with an open work permit (husband is studying). I got an ITA for FSW in the last draw and I'm filling the application now but I'm confused about something: it asks me "Does XXXX have a job offer in Canada?", should I answer yes or no?
I've only been working for this employer for one month, so if I follow the logic here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp my job offer is not "valid". I don't want to claim points for the job, I just want to truthfully answer the questions.
