That way, you're saying "yes I do have a job offer, but it's not LMIA", and you won't gain 50 points for it; you're simply just saying you have a job offer. I did that in my ITA, and I didn't get the 50 points (which is right); I just told them I did have a job offer, it's just not a valid job offer

Your choice. But simpler to say no. Otherwise you get requests for additional documents once you get ITA and then may ending having to write an LOE to explain what you have isn't actually a job offer per EE. Think of it this way, if what you have is not a valid job offer then it's not a job offer. Your call. Just trying to save you a headache and stress later.

fair point, yeah I ended up doing what I said and I just uploaded my current job offer (not valid, didn't get the 50 points for it), but just for the sake of showing i have a job haha
