Job offer in Quebec

I have a job in Quebec but the CSQ processing time has pushed me to consider Express Entry from Ontario. Can I use my current job in Quebec as Job offer in Canada(while applying for Express Entry)? I am planning to provide a letter of intent to move to Ontario(with Job applications etc.) but can I apply my Express Entry with the current job as intended job. What are the complications?

Hi.. I have received ITA and my husband's Work permit to Montreal would be initiated in a month. Considering current PR timelines I'd assume the WP will be done ahead and we might have to move to Montreal.
I see you have faced the same situation, what to do in this scenario.. please advice!
