I would like to know during the immigration process if someone gets a job in a fortune 500 company, then is he or she will get a a visa for canada? if yes then how the communication and interviews will be conducted? What I believe one need to be outside of canada, may be I am wrong.
If all is fine then I am sure it adds the point in the application for job!!!!
Immaterial about the company, you could be a janitor for a major company and would not qualify.
