Nearly all construction job offers are fake and this one looks no different.

Companies/lawyers simply do not have a capability to negotiate work permits through specific named individuals in any embassy/ consulate.

Checking the website link would you really think a company that quotes jobs up to 10000 dollars is going to employ a civil engineer at over 100k dollars. Note also engineers in Canada need to be licensed no mention of that,
