The offer you posted is fake.

It is illegal to charge an applicant the LMIA fee.

If agents that have ICCRC registration are doing this, they should be reported.

Sir but Mr Amarjot Singh .. famous on you tube .. he said that the LMIA fees is 1000 dollar and is legal..

The LMIA fee is legal yes - but the company pays the fee. It is illegal to ask the candidate to pay.

But that's not the issue here. That entire offer is a scam. If you pursue it, you're going to lose a lot of money. The rest is up to you.
