Can I claim points for job offer if I have open work permit (spouse of skilled worker)? I work in NOC B for more than 1 year for my employer, however I worry that open work permit doesn't belong to LMIA-extempt job offers (

Your thoughts are right. Open work permit is not qualified for that. Try to ask your employer to apply for an LMIA.
