Job experience from the same job in 2 different companies for Skilled Worker Program

Hi everyone,

I am hoping to enter the Express Entry Pool but I have one question that is bugging me. I was hoping I could find the answer here. I have worked at a company as a Marketing Specialist for 7 months before accepting a job offer from another company, for the exact same position. My question is: Can I add these two different work experiences (same NOC) to show my work experience for Skilled Work Experience? I am doing the exact same job and have the same duties.

Thanks in advance. I already have my IELTS score and am currently studying for TEF so this will decide if I can apply as soon as I pass TEF or if I have to wait for another year.

It was about 1.5 months, I was working in the United States but had to return to my home country due to my visa expiring.

That's too long a gap. You need "continuous, full-time experience". If the gap was a few days (say you quit on Wednesday and started next Monday), you could have used it.

In your case you moved countries and spent 45 days without a job. It's not continuous. You have to wait till you have 1 full year of experience.
