Hello, has anyone got the PR by Express Entry program with the job in different industry than what you study at Canadian college/university? I’m studing Biotech program now (graduate this May) and will have a full-time job as Legal assistant (NOC B - 1242) after graduation.
- Will I be eligible for Express Entry? I looked up on CIC web and found that as long as my job falls under NOC 0, A, B, I’m still eligible. If yes, by what sub program (Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian Experience Class)?
- I’m not planning to apply for Provincial nomination program, are requirements for the company that hires me? My employer is a small law office.
Thanks!

Thanks so much! That's good news. And it doesn't matter if my employer is a big corporation or a small office as long as my job description matches with the NOC duties?
