Job contract going to end

Hi all
me and my wife living south korea she is on working visa and i am here on her spouse visa in korea my country is not visa free for Canada nor korea, i already apply my case and my decision.
we already mention in my application that my wife job contract will be end in March 2014 so if we did not get my visa inbetween this duration my wife have to make another job contract for one year and if she want to move so she will not get return ticket from her employee also not also she will have to return her job contract renewing bonus now my question if my wife renew her job contract and if we get my visa after March 2014 so when should i have to land Canada and what will be the visa expairy?
also if any one in same condition please share ..

Your signature says your Meds were done 11-08-2013. In that case, if it is issued prior to . . . your visa will expire on the same date your medical does which is after one year, on 11-08-2014.
