This worked like a charm! I had cleared cookies and everything on Chrome and Safari no luck. I had tried at different times for 3 days. I hardly use Firefox so I went into Firefox and logged on and though it took a bit it finally worked. Thanks elm622 Now to the dreaded wait for the PT :) :)

Will keep you posted. Try Firefox; there's some secret there!

Hello! I need help.. I have tried IE, Chrome, Firefox.. cleared cache, tried registering at least 11 times since last night.. and yet I am still having this issue:

The form could not be submitted because 1 error was found:
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team.


I have contacted the Job bank, and an auto-email popped up that it would take 5 business days before they can get back.


Please advise for any solutions. Thanks!
 
Unfortunately there is no solution. You have to keep trying.
Different time of a day worked for me. Mine has gone through after about three days of straggle.

Thank you for your reply. I have been trying since Sun, Mar 13. Even now, just tried before I sent a reply to your message.

So basically, every try would generate you a confirmation code, right? So how many codes did you receive in total until you were able to activate your Job Bank? Just want to know the quantity.

Changing browser didn't work for me.. I tried IE, Chrome, Firefox.. How about you, which browser were you using at that time to finally get it to work?

My plan is stick with one browser perhaps or maybe 2, and have my frequency of trying every hour? It may really be tedious but I do not have a choice.

What do you think or can suggest, if any?
 
I don't think you have to change browser or anything.
Just keep trying. From what I can see for most people it works after 3 - 4 days of trying.
And don't panic. I was panicking at the begining but eventually it's gone through.

Hi Bobbieleigh! Thank you.. Great news! Finally, job bank registration worked for me... 1:45AM March 16 (SGT). That's the 16th attempt since March 13.

Hope you all are doing good. I am new to this forum and i need help. Can someone please help me? I deleted and updated the EE profile and but when i try to validate it with job bank its continuously gives me an error,
It says "technical error, try again later or contact us"
Its been almost 3 weeks now that I am facing this issue.
Due to this my EE Profile is still pending:(
Is someone else having this problem?
Any idea how to fix it?
Tried contacting job bank through email but it's useless as i got no reply Sad
Really stressed.
