I work for ABC Ltd. India since 2011, till date. I went onsite UK for one year.
Q1. Do I have to make a separate work entry for the period when I was in UK?
i.e.
1. July 2017 - Current: ABC Ltd., India
2. June 2016 - July 2017: ABC Ltd, UK
3. Jan 2011 - June 2016: ABC Ltd, India
Or should I make just one entry
1. Jan 2011 - Till date: ABC Ltd, India
I thought i should make only one entry but then recalled n addresses in last 10 years, I have stated UK address for 2016-2017, whereas my jobs says India from 2011-till date.
Plz advice

You will have to make different entries since the address changed during that time.

A1. Should be not under any regular medication, since in blood test, everything will be on paper.
A2. Panel doctor will provide a letter confirming your Medicals done, which you will have to upload in your PR application. The medical reports will be uploaded by your Panel doctor himself.
