Thank you Stanley or the info. If you don't mind can you Please tell what is LOE? Sorry am new to this process . My consultancy suggested that I can submit a cover letter while submitting the final application which is due in 90 days. Is this right? Thanks in advance

To the accept / decline

There is no accept button there. The application for PR is taken as a draft (just like when you prepared a draft of your EE profile itself). This draft has validity 90 days from the day of ITA. However unlike EE profile itself you cannot make a new one one if you miss the timing or if you press decline.
So 3 things can happen:
1. you will press Decline. that will delete whole draft and reactivate your EE.
2. You will let it expire. You will not finish the application and after 90 days it will deactivate by itself as well.
3. You will continue filling in the application until you go to the payment page and you will finish the payment (at least the application part). In that case whole draft will disappear and a new line saying PR application will appear down under your EE profile. It PR does have same number as your EE profile had. And from then on you will be receiving new messages under that application.

I have only tried Delete button on my LOE, before uploading, but there was no fool proof question. It was deleted on the spot.

Congrats everyone! I have a question. I applied for nl pnp and I got a nomination that is paper based. However, I just got ITA and in one of the questions they ask if I have any provisional nomination which I do, however can't use for express entry. Whats the best way to answer this? Thanks!

If you have the nomination certificate then you should say yes and give them the nomination number
