As of today, her TRV has expired, and she has an approved work permit.

So you don’t apply for a multiple entry TRV. IRCC decides that. Ask your lawyer what to do and ask if eligibility/background checks have been completed.

It's a little frustrating that IRCC is not providing any sort of updates. Applications that have been submitted recently are getting processed quickly.
I sent a web form to IRCC on Apirl 2 regarding withdraw my application as my intented travel date is near and I already made decision regarding my USA trip so that I do not want to travel Canada now but today I have received BVL letter then after two hours i can see on IRCC portal that status showing Final Decision has been made today but there is no approval or rejection status or letter! also Background Check status showing not applicable! If they withdrawn my application then where is the withdrawal confirmation letter or message?

Why have u violated any rules... i got decision after 1 month of everything completed. I directly send the email to embassy ...webforms dont do anything. U should contact embassy if ur event is approaching

Your case was different as the portal status was in processing but my one is FINALLY DECISION

I did multiple times. Contacted MP's office, they mentioned that eligibility is completed and backgroud verification is completed too. Super weird and annoying!:/
