I didn’t give any biometric as I live in Germany. Australia only takes biometric for few countries residents

Hello everyone, wondering if someone can help me on or are in the same situation. I applied for my parents super visa with my mother being my primary applicant. She got her PPR last week but my dad has not received it. Medical shows passed for him. Is it normal for one applicant to receive ppr before the other?

I'm a Canadian citizen residing in United States along with my wife and child (both non-Canadians). I applied for their visit visa and following are timelines

Application submitted: 19th January, 2025
Biometrics submitted: 05th February, 2025
Review of Eligibility: In Process
Background check: In Process
Final Decision: In Process

The current time to process Visit visa applications from US is 26 days.

Any ideas on how to get an update on the application. I have read these forums and and it seems people have been using a Webform to seeking an update. Can someone please share a link for it.

Any help/advise will be appreciated.

Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most either get approved/denied quickly or need a manual review which takes longer. All you can do is wait.
