Regarding the wrong in the date of they years, you can do Online Physical Calculator again and attach a copy of it to the email that have requested your Passports.
Tell them that you have did a mistake and explain it to them.

Test email address will have that info. Once you know that, drop an email to the same office oath invite email address and ask for an update.

1 submitted my application on 4th January 2024
My Language, physical presence and test was completed on tracker on 24 May 2024
Background and probation in process from then and no update after that
I got test email from mississauga office and RCMP fingerprint letter from Vancouver office back in feb

No, my kid's tracker didn’t change until they got their citizenship. I called IRCC, and they told me this is somehow normal for minors.

It took a year to finalize the whole process. The tracker didn’t change at all until they received their certificates.
