I am in the same boat. My LPP got completed May 8th. Still waiting for ceremony.

Citizenship Ceremony status changed to "In progress" today in the portal
Oath ceremony scheduled on May 28

Yesterday evening I received Oath ceremony email from Prairie region. However, test email was came from Niagara office.
