Yes! I submitted my file on 8th January 2023.

Applied the 11th of January 2023. Everything is complete except background check. I applied from Quebec, and got my CSQ in April 2023.
I read there's a maximum of applications for Quebec each year... Maybe they reached the max already?

That’s the part I’m having a hard time with. On the Quebec website they say once your undertaking is approved your permanent residency process resumes with IRCC. Then there was also Marc Miller told IRCC to process all applications that has a CSQ. So I don’t know what’s going on. I’m basically where you are. There was a ghost update in may but other than that no progress since last year

Today I received P1.

Received first email regarding PR portal in August 8th, and I replied in the same day with the information requested in it. Still no updates.
I did already have a PR portal account tho, it just doesn't have any "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" option in it yet...
