Which number should I call to know the office that is processing my application? I called (888) 242-2100, but it's not connecting me to any agent.

You have to try multiple times to get thru.

Test email address/GCMS notes is also another way to find processing application.

I agree with you , and guess what some March and April applicants are waiting for LPP now , I really want to see the weird system that IRCC have

Totally weird! I’m happy for all who receive their LPP, but unfortunately, it’s just a few offices which are processing 2023 applicants at a good speed. Majority files are with bigger East coast offices that are slow as sloths

This office and Mississauga are focusing on giving LPP and oath for 2022 however other offices like Vancouver and Montreal are working harder to finalize both 2022 and 2023

I hope so.. My processing office is Montreal. I'm seeing people with very similar timelines who was already invited for the Oath Ceremony 2 weeks ago, I thought I would receive mine by then, but nothing yet.

finally today I downloaded my citizenship certificate. Had my oath on the 7th. Gathering information for passport application now. everything went smoothly. Hope a speedy process for y'all.

That is great news...hope you get your passport soon .quick question - in the video oath ceremony is there anyway to mention that we need the certificate ASAP because we have travel plans to US?

Scheduled for citizenship test on June 6th from June 9th - June 29th
Citizenship test done on June 9th
Test updated as complete on June 13th.

It’s one number to IRCC and then you follow instructions to get to the correct department. There is no direct number to citizenship.

It tells you to press x number to reach y department. Just listen to the instructions. It’s annoying as hell but we all have to do the same thing.

It’s 1 - 1 - 4 and 1

but you also have to enter your UCI number, so best if you can follow along or get someone to help you .. good luck

I’m sure most folks here will recommend you delay your travel and not miss your Oath. I’ve read of some people waiting since last year to get a new date.
